Insomnia

These days I have been spending sleepless nights tossing and turning in my bed all through the night. I lie awake wondering what to do? Sleep seems to have run away miles from me. God why, WHY did this have to happen to me? Added to this, I seem to have been hit by Alzheimer's – I tend to keep things so safe that I need at least 2-3 days to remember where could be the probable place I would have kept them.

Whenever I endure such set of symptoms I console myself that this will be last time I will be facing such a situation but Oh God!! this nuisance seems to occur again and again and it looks like summer is the best season for this trouble. Di says all these things are part and parcel of this age (rather aging eh!). Mom and Dad say not to worry and friends - ahh looks like they enjoy me being in such a situation.

Well there has to be a remedy, so I have consulted many people to gain their expert opinion. All people have prescribed their own remedies. The remedies vary from crushed neem leaves to mint leaves, from crushed tomatoes to potatoes, from curd to sandalwood, from simple water to rose petal water to fresh coconut water, from drinking lassi to applying all sorts of concoctions (wonder who will prescribe chilli powder mixed with salt!!)

I think PIMPLES are in love with me. So many of THEM that I can't bear to see my face. Poor me, I am actually having nightmare, nightmare of nightmares should I say. Hope this summer flies and soon I find a respite from this pain. Till then, well I guess I will have to be an Insomniac only.............. :) Insomniac Neeru - hmmmm sound perfect ;)

Use chilly powder with salt, it will definitely help.


Well commenting on someones writing, means to comment on a thought which is a difficult stake.

Here am not going to comment on a particular posting, but you as a writer, which to me has just started expressing herself from ordinary happenings in her life. And in coming times this blog will turn into a memoir which will reveal life through the eyes of a person who wants to live it fullest.

Hope you might had tried Ram Dev Babas Yoga stunts... I am quite sure they are logical and effecive give a shot to Pranayamas and all that .. Hope it cures you soon.. Yeah quite soon....

I'd say just drink a lot of water. A large number of people are at least 3% dehydrated. Leads to mental fatigue etc. Good luck!

Hum to bas aankhe khol ke sotey hai aur jagtei hue khwab dekhtei hai!!

Dear! Stop thinking about Insomnia….the more we think the more we would be awake….Instead just close your eyes and listen to your heart beats… or listen to all the sounds of the darkness…Its so unwindin and you won’t even get to know when you fall asleep. Else read a boring book or listen to some music or what ever you enjoy doing. Except chattin or bloggin …something that relaxes your mind and please forget the word INSOMNIA.

The more you think about forgetfulness, more you will find things getting from difficult to worse.
Chill! It happens … Try to figure out the what’s the stress factor.. Take things positively…So what if it takes you a couple of days to find things atleast you keep them safe rather than being careless and throwing them here n there. …chill hota hai hota hai!!
